The highlight of this custom designed house in British Columbia, Canada is the massive indoor / outdoor living space. The space combines a kitchen, dining room, living room and family room into one spacious open concept area. This entire living space then opens up with a series of sliding glass doors to a sprawling, partially covered deck. In total, the main floor is the perfect spot for the entire family to enjoy the sunny west coast weather.

The rest of the main floor features the master bedroom, which also connects to the deck that wraps around the back of the home. Connected is a large ensuite bathroom with twin sinks and spacious walk in closet. The other side of the home has another two bathrooms. This way, you’re never too far away from one, no matter where in the living space you are. The front side of the house also includes a covered entryway porch, mudroom, and laundry room.

The majority of the custom built home is one story with impressively high, lofted ceilings. The central portion of the home, however, has a second story with extra living space.
